I have been a psychotherapist for 25 years working with adults . Prior to practicing psychotherapy I worked in a variety of Mental Health settings. In my practice of individual therapy my approach is psychodynamic, using techniques of Internal Family Systems and mindfulness. My areas of expertise are helping you deal more effectively with difficult relationships, heal from the impact of early parental loss, stress, anxiety, adjusting to life transitions , loss and emotional trauma. I will help you develop a better understanding of yourself, your patterns and work toward developing coping skills and new possibilities in your life.
